AD&P is a multidisciplinary firm with over 30 years of experience in architecture, planning, and corporate interior design. Founded in January 1992 in Mexico City, our experience has positioned us as a leader in the design and creation of functional, efficient spaces with a distinct identity.
During our first decade, we specialized in corporate interior design in the nation's capital. In 2001, we established offices in Monterrey, Nuevo León, which began our transformation into corporate and commercial architectural design.
Over the past 15 years, we have expanded our portfolio with mixed-use, hospitality, and high-rise housing projects. In 2020 (in response to changing needs and lifestyles), we developed the concept of " Multifunctional Communities ," comprehensive proposals for urban microcenters integrating housing, offices, retail, healthcare, and education, prioritizing the experience and quality of life for the users and visitors of our projects.
