José C. Peña Jurado
Chief Executive Officer

Architect José C. Peña Jurado began his professional practice in 1992 in Mexico City, establishing a firm focused on corporate interior design. From its early stages, the growth of his practice was guided by operational discipline, a strong service orientation, and a commitment to delivering measurable value to clients.
In 1997, the firm evolved into a multidisciplinary practice, expanding its scope within the corporate design sector. In 2001, operations were extended to Monterrey, marking the beginning of consolidation within a new market. This expansion required a reassessment of the organizational structure, the strengthening of internal processes, and the capability to undertake projects of greater technical and operational complexity.
In 2003, the firm adopted the name Arquitectura, Diseño y Planeación (AD&P), reflecting a strategic vision centered on the development of comprehensive architectural projects. From that point forward, the practice broadened its portfolio to include corporate, commercial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments across multiple cities throughout Mexico.
Over more than three decades, AD&P has transitioned from a specialized corporate interior design studio into an integrated architectural practice engaged in the conceptualization and execution of large-scale, complex projects. This evolution has involved entering new markets, expanding service offerings, and reinforcing technical and operational standards within an environment that demands continuous adaptation and the capacity to address emerging challenges.
The firm’s professional approach is grounded in disciplined execution, operational simplicity, adaptability, and a service-driven philosophy aimed at building long-term relationships. Under this framework, AD&P has achieved steady, organic growth supported by meticulous attention to detail and the ongoing refinement of internal processes.
Today, AD&P participates in the design and planning of projects across various cities in Mexico, guided by the fundamental principle of creating architectural solutions that generate value for clients and enhance the well-being of the communities they serve. As part of its commitment to continuous transformation—an element that has defined its professional trajectory for more than three decades—the firm continues to integrate new tools and methodologies into its design and planning processes.
