Legacy Puerto Cancún receives the 2025 AAI National Award

Mexico City, August 21, 2025 – The Mexican Association of Architects and Interior Designers (AAI Mexico) awarded the Legacy Puerto Cancun project the AAI 2025 National Architecture and Interior Design Award, recognizing it as the winner in the “Virtual Projects – Mixed Uses” category of the 14th edition of this competition, one of the most influential in the country.

For the past 14 years, AAI Mexico has been awarding the best in architecture and interior design in the country. Focused on the true essence of design, they have established a prestigious award that now proudly ranks among the top three most important national awards.

The distinction highlights the work of the AD&P firm, under the direction of Architect José Peña Jurado and the creative leadership of architects Pablo Valdés and Rubén Báez, whose proposal merges luxury, functionality and an unparalleled experience.

Strategically located next to the bay and marina, Legacy Puerto Cancun redefines the concept of mixed-use real estate in Mexico.
