Multifunctional Communities in Saltillo

AD&P

Oct 2, 2025

At the opening of the 3rd Real Estate Forum, “Vertical Evolution: The New Face of Saltillo,” organized by the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) Saltillo, municipal authorities and business leaders agreed that vertical development is not a passing trend, but a strategic necessity for the city’s future.

Yesterday we had the opportunity to participate in the AMPI Coahuila Forum, where we presented the paper: “Multifunctional Communities in Saltillo”.

Multifunctional communities are developments that integrate housing, offices, commerce, health and recreation in walkable environments.

The pandemic taught us that we need spaces that promote coexistence, health, and better experiences.

“If we design our spaces well today, we will also design the quality of life for the next 50 years in Saltillo.”

Thanks to AMPI Coahuila for the space and to all attendees for their interest in this fundamental topic for the future of our cities.

Thank you César De La Cerda Garza for inviting us to this presentation.
