On January 2, 1992, we began our journey in Mexico City under the name DESARROLLO BASE, in a small space transformed into an office: a drafting table, a lamp, and a telephone. There, the conviction that continues to guide us today was born — to design with commitment, service, and a long-term vision.
In 1997 we evolved into Grupo AD+D, consolidating a large team specialized in corporate interior design.
In 2001 we opened our offices in Monterrey and just a few months later we were hired to develop the city's largest project, the Banorte Financial Group Corporate Center, with more than 23,000 m² of corporate interiors.
In 2003 we adopted our current name: Architecture, Design and Planning (AD&P). Since then, our growth has been built on constant effort, continuous learning, and a commitment to raising the quality of every project.
Today, AD&P is a comprehensive architecture firm, which accompanies its clients from the planning stage to the realization of very complex mixed-use projects.
34 years later, we continue with the same passion as the first day, convinced that service to our clients and a well-developed and documented design drives our projects and generates real value for our clients.
